The bill (Reg. No. 2542) suggests setting the share price criterion in the overall evaluation of tender bids for procurement of booking documents for children treatment and recreation at 45 percent. As a general rule, this rate can not be lower than 50 percent.
The draft law aimed at ensuring conditions and enabling the acquisition of booking documents, considering factors that are crucial in improving the quality of services to improve the health and recreation for children.
People’s deputies drew attention also to the non-sufficient level of grounding of the proposed legislative proposition.
